Founder & Principal Consultant
Dr. Jimmy Pryor is a visionary education technology leader with more than 30 years of K-12 administrative and instructional experience. Throughout his career, he has specialized in driving systemic innovation, managing complex technology infrastructures, and bridging the gap between advanced technology and practical classroom application.
Dr. Pryor brings a unique, 360-degree perspective to educational consulting. His extensive background includes serving as a classroom teacher , a building-level administrator , and a long-time Assistant Superintendent of Technology, Accountability, and Media Services. In his executive district roles, he successfully managed multi-million dollar annual technology budgets , directed comprehensive state and federal data reporting , and led district-wide transitions to modern digital learning environments.
Currently at the forefront of the AI movement in education, Dr. Pryor has served as an AI District Integration Facilitator. In this role, he authored and secured a prestigious South Carolina Department of Education Innovation Grant to scale artificial intelligence frameworks across K-12 environments. His strategic, phased implementation models have driven teacher AI adoption from less than 5% to over 65% in a matter of months , establishing a proven blueprint for measurable productivity gains and operational return on investment.
Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Pryor combines rigorous academic research with hands-on administrative expertise. He is a certified Google Innovator, holds multi-level AI platform certifications , and is a frequent presenter at major state and national educational technology conferences, including FETC and ISTE. As a consultant, he is a dedicated advocate for deploying sound, ethical technology frameworks that empower educators and amplify organizational leadership.
